Pricing. We do not lowball bids to get the job. We diagnose and analyze the specific needs each project entails and provide bids that are understandable, thorough, accurate and reliable. Our process enables us to deliver solid value even on projects with limited budgets. Pricing is ultimately a function of honing the client’s priorities. It all boils down to making choices and defining realistic expectations for your budget. Houck Incorporated will guide you through the process to ensure the best balance of aesthetics/functionality and cost.

Long-Term Relationships. The greatest testimonials we can give about the quality of our work and our integrity come from our clients. Repeat business from clients with the highest standards speaks for itself. Many past clients, both residential and
commercial, choose to contract with us for on-going property management because of their high regard for our service-oriented approach. We know our work with each
client, existing and new, is not just an investment, but a relationship.We take pride in the esteem our clients hold for us and strive to build their trust, loyalty and satisfaction.

Due Diligence. Houck Incorporated is set up to protect the owner. We make sure all subcontractors are qualified and have proper insurance. We also require that lien waivers be signed on a monthly basis and, when appropriate, we use two-party checks. Acting in your best interests means applying the wisdom of our experience and our scrutiny to these and all other operational details.

Accounting. We maintain a full-time accounting staff that tracks and generates accurate, real-time cost records and management reports. Our on-demand software allows us to access current, accurate accounting data quickly. In addition, we furnish detailed draw requests on a bi-weekly basis.

Upon Completion. We know our projects live beyond completion as functional spaces with “living” systems, appliances and hardware. Upon request, Houck Incorporated will assemble detailed “Owner’s Operations and Maintenance Manuals” to assist you. These manuals include all the necessary equipment service manuals: warranties; cleaning and care instructions; and any other relevant safety and compliance information. As past clients will attest, you do not have to worry about Houck Incorporated’s follow-up or attention to detail.
