A Midwestern transplant who found his home in California, Brad has built a career spanning nearly every corner of construction. After college, he joined classmates who had launched their own company, spending many years on underground projects before continuing that work with a firm in Newport Beach.

Two years as a land development manager with D.R. Horton in Georgia broadened his residential building experience. Returning to Orange County, Brad spent 12 years with Longman Construction, building and remodeling homes throughout Newport Beach and Corona del Mar. He then ran his own business for more than a decade, collaborating with top architects and designers on custom homes and extensive remodels in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Dana Point, and beyond.

Today, Brad brings his deep project management expertise and clear, steady communication to Houck, delivering dream environments for clients across Orange County.
