A proud Chicago native and enthusiastic Los Angeles transplant, Steven has always been fascinated by how things are built. His studies in architecture and building sciences sparked a lasting passion for design, construction, and understanding how all the pieces come together.

As Houck's Director of Business Development, Steven brings two decades of sales, management, and relationship-building experience to the team. Through his private consulting business, he has helped new companies reach their first $5 million in sales, managed multiple health clubs, and built sales systems across the construction industry.

When he's not helping clients bring their dream homes to life, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, pursuing motorsports, and reading or talking about custom homes and cars. You might also find him playing guitar or at the gym, lifting heavy things just to put them right back down again.

For Steven, his role at Houck brings together his competitive motorsports spirit, his passion for connecting with people, and his appreciation for thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship.
